Teos Quest Part 1

This quest is a drop-quest, i.e. you need only the quest-triggering object to be able to begin this mission(fragment of Kings Wrath). Since the Quest NPC is a dragon hidden in the highest dungeon of the game, you should already have the quest piece in the inventory to save yourself the long way a second time. These drops can be obtained by the altars in dwater.
