Enhanced Enchantment Bonus
Since episode 8 There is a new, additional “defense system”. which offers not only + 5 damage absorption per enchantment level, but also a percentage damage deduction. The higher an armor part is enchanted, the more damage is reduced.
If an armor part is enchanted on [15], you get about 2% less damage. A piece of armor enchanted on [20] reduces the damage by ~ 6.3%. The difference between [19] and [20] is approximately 1.2%. This means that the reduction does not behave linearly, but exponentially.
If you have enchanted several armor parts, they add up to each other to a total value. (Here’s an illustration: ([10] = 0.4%) + ([15] = 2%) + ([20] = 6.3%) results in a total of 8.7% damage reduction).
A complete armor (5 parts) enchanted on [20], reduces the damage by ~ 31.5%.
The reduction is dependent on the enchantment level alone, it doesn’t matter which part of the armor or which armors style is enchanted.
